Every price includes the full piece — cushions, arms, and a deep extraction rinse. Standard wear and everyday stains are always included; anything beyond normal use is priced separately and always agreed with you before we start.
* Furniture is cleaned as far as we can access it — we don't move pieces ourselves.

Are the cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Everything we use is eco-friendly, and every job finishes with a rinse that pulls the product back out of the fabric — nothing left behind for little hands or paws.
How long does it take to dry?
You can walk on or sit on the piece after 3–5 hours. It's fully dry within 24 hours.
What could add to my price?
Standard wear and everyday stains are always included. Anything beyond normal use — heavy staining, odor treatment, or unusual fabric conditions — is priced separately and always agreed with you before we start, never as a surprise once we're there.
Can you guarantee every stain comes out?
We won't promise 100% — some stains are already set deep into the fiber, and no honest cleaner can guarantee otherwise. What we do guarantee is the right method and a trained tech on every visit, so your fabric gets its best possible shot at coming clean.
Do you clean leather or delicate fabrics like silk?
Yes, with care — leather, silk and viscose need a different approach than everyday upholstery. Text us a quick photo before booking and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit, and what to expect.
